Now Let me explain the Jingyong load test step by step as below :
- Assemble the ball eye, socket clevis on the testing machine. Adjust the connect strength not tight and not loose。
- The test machine applies the force on the sample to properly mimic the actual application. When the strength goes to a certain value， it is asked to keep that strength to 1 min.
- After keeping the load for 1 min, continue to add strength to the sample, until it breaks.
- The system will remember the strength number all the process.
