Insulated Suspension Clamp
The suspension clamp which exported to Malaysia is designed to hold and suspend the 11kv and 33kv MV ABC. By using the 50mm2 galvanized stranded messenger steel wire, the MV insulated suspension clamp supports the MV ABC on to 10m, 5KN spun concrete poles via triangular brackets.
The suspension clamp has no problem to withstand a minimum breaking load of 20kn or 2039kg force for 60 seconds.
The MV insulated suspension clamp is consist of a mechanical link and a clamp body. The raw material is resistant and corrosion-proof. The main body of the MV insulated suspension clamp is either fully insulated with an adequate thickness or made of insulating material preferably epoxy.
On the insulated suspension clamp, there are clamping facilities to hold and support the galvanized strand steel messenger wire.

How to test the insulated suspension clamp?
Type test:
- Dielectric test of 19v maintained for 60 seconds with a rate of rising of 1kkv/s
- Mechanical test of up to 20kn maintained for 60 seconds
